重污染行业碳生产率动态演进路径及驱动机制研究——基于环境规制及技术创新视角
The study on the Dynamic Evolution Path and Driving Mechanism of Carbon Productivity in Heavy Pollution Industries: From the Perspective of Environmental Regulation and Technological Innovation
【摘要】 基于2008—2020年中国重污染行业相关数据得出碳生产率动态演进路径,利用动态面板数据定量分析环境规制、技术创新、能源消费结构、企业规模、行业竞争力、行业利润率对重污染行业碳生产率的影响。结果表明:环境规制与碳生产率间的变动轨迹存在行业异质性,环境规制、技术创新、企业规模、行业竞争力对碳生产率的促进作用和能源消费结构、行业利润率的抑制作用均存在行业异质性;技术创新在环境规制对碳生产率的影响中起部分中介作用。
【Abstract】 Based on the panel data of heavy pollution industries in China from 2008 to 2020, the paper describes evolving path of carbon productivity, further analyzes the impact of environmental regulation, technological innovation, the structure of energy consumption, scale of the enterprises, industry competitiveness and profitability on carbon productivity. The results show that: the changing trajectories between environmental regulation and carbon productivity are different among heavy pollution industries. Next, environmental regulation, technological innovation, scale of the enterprises and industry competitiveness have positive impact on carbon productivity, while the structure of energy consumption and industry profitability decrease it, and these influences are industrial heterogeneity. What’s more, technological innovation has mediating effect in the influence of environmental regulation on carbon productivity.
