职业接触抗肿瘤药物对静脉用药调配中心工作人员的遗传毒性
Genotoxicity of occupational exposure to antineoplastic drugs among staff in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services
【摘要】 目的:探讨长期接触抗肿瘤药物对静脉用药调配中心工作人员的遗传毒性。方法:招募汕头大学医学院第一附属医院静脉用药调配中心15名工作人员为暴露组,其平均年龄为(33.3±3.0)岁,平均工作年限为(8.4±1.8)年;10名未接触过抗肿瘤药物的医务人员为对照组,其平均年龄为(34.3±4.8)岁。清晨采集两组人员外周静脉血3 mL,用胞质分裂阻滞微核试验检测外周血淋巴细胞的分裂状态。结果:暴露组平均微核细胞率为(4.6±2.0)‰、平均微核率为(4.8±2.3)‰,均高于对照组[分别为(2.4±1.7)‰和(2.4±1.7)‰],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:长期职业接触抗肿瘤药物对静脉用药调配中心工作人员有潜在遗传毒性,应重视静脉用药调配中心的职业防护。
【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the genetic toxicity of long-term exposure to anti-tumor intravenous medication on deployment workers. Methods: 15 staff members from the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services were recruited as the exposure group, with an average age of(33.3±3.0) years and an average working experience of(8.4±1.8) years; the control group consisted of 10 medical personnel who had not been exposed to antineoplastic drugs, with an average age of(34.3 ± 4.8) years. 3 mL of peripheral venous blood was collected from the two groups in the morning, and the division status of peripheral blood lymphocytes was detected by cytokinesis block micronucleus test. Results: The average micronucleus cell rate(4.6±2.0) ‰ and the average micronucleus rate(4.8±2.3) ‰ in the exposed group were significantly higher than those in the blank group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Long term occupational exposure to antineoplastic drugs has potential genotoxic damage to the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services workers, and attention should be paid to occupational protection of the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services.
