基于EVA的功能型木材防裂剂的研制
Study and Manufacture of Anti-cracking Agent for Functional Wood Based on EVA
【摘要】 以载银纳米TiO2和水杨酰苯胺与乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)乳液复配,合成具有抑霉防变色功能的木材防裂剂,研究功能防裂剂对变色菌和霉菌的防治效力、室外实验效果及防裂剂成膜的拉伸强度。结果表明,当膜厚度0.14~0.18 mm、载银纳米TiO2或水杨酰苯胺质量分数1.0%以上或0.18~0.22 mm、0.5%以上时,防裂剂对黑曲霉菌的防治效力达到100%,当膜厚度0.18 mm以上、质量分数1.0%以上时,对可可球二孢的防治效力达到100%;防裂剂对黑曲霉的防治能力高于可可球二孢,载银纳米TiO2的防治效力略强于水杨酰苯胺。与对照样相比,添加水杨酰苯胺质量分数0.3%、0.5%和1.0%的成膜拉伸强度依次下降了8.60%、11.40%和13.22%,添加质量分数0.3%、0.5%和1.0%的载银纳米TiO2拉伸强度依次增加了-6.78%、-3.64%和8.76%。室外试验表明,质量分数1.0%以上、成膜厚度0.18 mm以上时,水杨酰苯胺的防治效力为75%以上,载银纳米TiO2的防治效力达100%。研究结果表明,功能型木材防裂剂在防止木材端面开裂的同时,兼具了抑霉和防变色功能。
【Abstract】 A anti-cracking agent for wood with anti-mildew and anti-tarnishing function was synthesized by compounding silver-loaded nano-TiO2 and salicylanilide with ethylene-vinyl acetate( EVA) emulsion, the control effect of functional anti-cracking agent on discoloration bacteria and mold, outdoor experimental effect and tensile strength of anti-cracking agent film were studied. The results showed: when the film thickness was 0.14-0.18 mm and the mass fraction of silver-loaded nano-TiO2 or salicylanilide was more than 1.0% or 0.18-0.22 mm and 0.5%, the prevention and control effect of anti-cracking agent on Aspergillus niger reached 100%; when the film thickness was more than 0.18 mm and the mass fraction was more than 1.0%, the control effect on Cocoa globosa reached 100%.The ability of anti-cracking agent to control Aspergillus niger was higher than that of Cocoa globose and nano-TiO2 was slightly stronger than salicylanilide. Compared with the control sample, the tensile strength of the film with 0.3%, 0.5% and 1.0% salicylanilide decreased by 8.60%, 11.40% and 13.22%, and the silver-loaded nano-TiO2 increased by-6.78%,-3.64% and 8.76%.The outdoor test showed: the control effect of salicylanilide was 75% and silver-loaded nano-TiO2 was 100% when the mass fraction was more than 1.0% and the film thickness was more than 0.18 mm. The results of this study showed that the functional wood anti-cracking agent not only prevented the cracking of the wood end face, but also had the functions of mildew inhibition and anti-discoloration.
