低共熔溶剂提取小球藻碳水化合物及提取液抗氧化性研究

Study on Carbohydrate Extraction from Chlorella sp. by Using Deep Eutectic Solvents and Antioxidant Properties of the Obtained Extract

【摘要】 制备了11种低共熔溶剂(DES)并用于小球藻碳水化合物的提取.考查了提取温度、时间和加水量对DES提取小球藻碳水化合物的影响并测定了提取液的抗氧化性.结果表明,氯化胆碱/草酸(1∶1,摩尔比)DES对小球藻碳水化合物提取率最高,为81.30%.提高提取温度和增加提取时间均可以显著提高提取率.在小球藻DES提取液质量浓度为0.2 mg·mL-1时,其超氧化物的清除率为97.56%.当小球藻DES提取液质量浓度为3.2 mg·mL-1时,其羟基的清除率为93.38%.DES提取液的抗氧化性显著高于相同质量浓度下水提取液和抗坏血酸的抗氧化性.

【Abstract】 11 deep eutectic solvents(DES)were prepared and used for the extraction of carbohydrate from Chlorella sp. Subsequently, the effect of extraction temperature, water addition amount, and extraction time on the carbohydrate extraction efficiency and the antioxidant properties of the obtained extract were intensively studied. The results showed that maximum carbohydrate extraction rate(81.30%)was achieved by using DES formed by choline chloride/oxalic acid(1∶1) as extraction solvent. In addition, significant enhanced carbohydrate extraction rate could be obtained by increasing extraction temperature and extending the extraction time. Finally, the removal rate of 97.56% was achieved with 0.2 mg · mL-1 DES extract. The removal rate of 93.38% was obtained with 3.2 mg·mL-1 DES extract, indicating that the antioxidant resistance of DES extract was significantly higher than that of water extract and ascorbic acid of the same concentration.
