“互联网+”和智能制造背景下“机械原理”混合教学改革研究

【摘要】 面向“互联网+”和智能制造现实需求,针对“机械原理”在课程教学中普遍存在的组织形式单一、教学技术刻板、学习模式守旧等问题,以“互联网+”为新视角,从课内课外两个维度进行“机械原理”教学改革,提出综合师生共享课堂、专业竞赛和科研兴趣小组的混合教学改革模式。在教学内容的设计及教学设施过程中,注重“互联网+”技术的运用,通过将大量的工程案例有机结合到教学内容中,设计了从“工程现实问题引导”到“专业理论知识学习”再到“实际工程应用示范”的课堂教学活动;同时在课后,通过任课教师亲自担任学科竞赛的指导教师,通过竞赛中涉及的工程问题,再促进学生主动学习相关理论知识解决具体实际问题的能力,培养其工程素养及团队协作能力。结果发现采用混合教学模式有效提升了机械专业学生的学习兴趣、主动学习意识和创新能力。

【Abstract】 Facing the requirements of“Internet+”and intelligent manufacturing, in view of the problems of single organization form, stereotypical teaching techniques and old-fashioned learning mode commonly existing in the course teaching of "mechanical principle", taking "Internet +" as a new perspective, it was carried out the teaching reform of "mechanical principle" from two dimensions in class and outside class, and was put forward a hybrid teaching reform model that integrates a shared classroom for teachers and students, a professional competition, and a research interest group. In the process of teaching content design and teaching facilities, it was paid attention to the use of Internet+ technology, by organically combining a large number of engineering cases into the teaching content, and designing class teaching activities from“engineering realistic problems guidance”to“professional theoretical knowledge learning”to“practical engineering application demonstration”. At the same time, after the class, the teacher acts as the instructor of the discipline competition,and through the engineering problems involved in the competition, then promotes the students’ ability to actively learn relevant theoretical knowledge to solve concrete practical problems, and cultivates their engineering literacy and teamwork ability. The results found that the adopted hybrid teaching mode effectively enhanced the learning interest, active learning consciousness, and innovation ability of mechanical students, and achieved better teaching results.
