“化妆品科学”课程培养实用创新型人才的教学研究

【摘要】 研究了“化妆品科学”课程中的实用创新型人才培养的教学,分析了“化妆品科学”课程教学中的人才培养的教学现状,提出了“化妆品科学”课程教学中的创新型人才培养的教学设计,确立了课程教学学生学习目标是让学生有学科状况与发展方向视野,使学生能胜任今后的生产、研发和教学的需要,能解决化妆品科学实际问题并有大格局设计的能力,同时有持续创新的能力和社会主义核心价值观的理想信念。在“化妆品科学”课程教学方法上,提出了实战为首、贴合生产研发、与时俱进,创新、发展、反思、发散、不拘一格,紧扣化妆品政策法规与国际动态,启发、互动、探究、综合,设计和教学能力并重,开拓课程创新人才培养的教学手段,介绍了“化妆品科学”课程学习的量化评价方法。

【Abstract】 The teaching of practical innovative talents training in the course of“cosmetics science”was studied. The teaching status of talent training, and puts forward the teaching design of innovative talents training in the course of“cosmetics science”was analyzed. It establishes that the learning objective of the course teaching to let students have the discipline status and development direction vision, so that students can be competent for the future production, research and development and teaching, can solve the practical problems of cosmetic science and have the ability of large pattern design, and have the ability of continuous innovation and the ideal belief of socialist core values. In the course of“cosmetics science”teaching methods, it puts forward teaching method of practice first, appropriate production research and development, advancing with the times,innovation, development, reflection, divergence, eclectic, which focuses on cosmetics policies and regulations and international dynamics. By the teaching methods of inspiring, interacting, exploring, integrating, designing and teaching ability, we should pay equal attention to design and teaching ability, and develop teaching means for cultivating curriculum innovation talents, introduce the quantitative evaluation method of course of“cosmetics science”learning.
