基于传热学原理探究金属丝熔断现象
Exploring the phenomenon of metal wire breakingbased on heat transfer theory
【摘要】 一小段金属丝可以充当保险丝,基于传热学理论建立产热-散热模型,旨在探究不同金属丝长度、直径及通电电流大小对金属丝熔断时间的影响.结果发现:熔断时间随金属丝长度变化不明显,长度可认为无关因素;熔断时间随金属丝直径的增加而增大,呈指数变化规律;熔断时间随通电电流的增加而减少,呈平方反比规律.
【Abstract】 A small segment of wire can be used as fuse.Based on the heat transfer theory, the heat generation-dissipation model was established to explore the effects of different wire lengths, diameters and current sizes on the wire melting time.The results show that the melting time does not change significantly with the wire length, and the length can be considered as an independent factor.The melting time increases with the increase of wire diameter, showing an exponential variation.The melting time decreases with the increase of current, which is inversely proportional to square.
