基于射频技术的谷物水分快速检测方法与标准方法的比较与分析

【摘要】 目的:将快速检测方法应用于粮食水分含量的检测,探索快速检测方法在粮食水分含量检测方面的应用前景。方法:检测小麦、稻谷、玉米样品,比较快速检测方法与国家标准方法结果的一致性。结果:采用快速检测方法和国家标准方法测定小麦、稻谷、玉米的RSD值分别为0.07%和0.14%、0.04%和0.05%、0.07%和0.10%(n=10),说明两种方法的精密度均较好,快速检测方法的RSD值均小于国家标准方法,表明快速检测方法检测结果的精密度优于国家标准方法。对实验结果进行t检验分析,结果无显著性差异(P> 0.05),快速检测方法检出样品水分含量优于标准方法。结论:快速检测方法快速简便、准确高效,在粮食水分含量批量检验方面具有良好的应用前景。

【Abstract】 Objective: To apply the rapid detection method to the detection of grain moisture content and explore the application prospect of the rapid detection method in the detection of grain moisture content. Method: To detect wheat, rice and corn samples, and compare the consistency between the results of the rapid detection method and the national standard method. Result: The RSD values of wheat, rice and corn determined by the rapid detection method and the national standard method were 0.07% and 0.14%, 0.04% and 0.05%, 0.07% and 0.10%(n=10), respectively, indicating that the precision of the two methods were better, and the RSD values of the rapid detection method were lower than the national standard method,indicating that the precision of the detection results of the rapid detection method was better than the national standard method. The test results were analyzed by t test, and the results showed no significant difference(P>0.05). The moisture content of the sample detected by the rapid detection method was better than that by the standard method. Conclusion: The rapid detection method is fast, simple, accurate and efficient, and has a good application prospect in the batch inspection of grain moisture content.
