优秀击剑运动员功能性动作筛查及纠正性训练的实证研究
An Empirical Study on Functional Movement Screen and Corrective Training for Excellent Fencing Athletes
【摘要】 运用文献资料、专家访谈、功能性动作筛查、数理统计法等研究方法,对山西省队12名运动员进行功能性动作筛查,并对所筛查出的问题进行针对性动作纠正训练,以求改善运动员的功能性动作。结果显示:实验前对12名击剑运动员进行功能性动作筛查,男子运动员总分最高值为17分,最低值为13分;女子运动员的最高值18分,最低值14分;女子分值相对好于男子,无一人获得满分。得分分布图大致为“中间多,两侧少”的状态。依据FMS前测诊断结果,制定干预纠正训练方法并针对性地对运动员弱链环节进行8周训练,FMS后测得分提升非常显著(p<0.01),干预训练下后测总分值提升明显,纠正训练后效果提升明显。
【Abstract】 Using research methods such as literature review, expert interviews, Functional Movement Screen and mathematical statistics, a Functional Movement Screen was conducted on 12 athletes from the Shanxi Provincial Team, and targeted action correction training was conducted on the identified problems in order to improve the athletes’ functional actions. The results showed that before the experiment, 12 fencing athletes were tested for functional movements. The highest total score for male athletes was 17 points, while the lowest score was 13 points; The highest value for female athletes is 18 points, and the lowest value is 14 points; Women’s scores are relatively better than men’s, and no one gets a full score. The score distribution map roughly shows a state of “more in the middle, less on both sides”. Based on the diagnostic results of the FMS pre-test, intervention correction training methods were developed and targeted training was conducted on the weak link of athletes. After an 8-week training period, the FMS post test score improved significantly(p<0.01),and the total post test score improved significantly under intervention training. The effect of corrective training was significantly improved.
