【摘要】 目的：本研究旨在探究利用心理学理论提高击剑运动员比赛心理素质的方法。研究方法：通过对国内外击剑运动员比赛心理素质现状的分析，结合心理学理论，设计实验并进行数据统计，探究心理学理论对击剑运动员比赛心理素质的影响及提高方法。研究结果：利用心理学理论可以显著提高击剑运动员比赛心理素质，包括自信心、注意力、压力应对等；击剑运动员的比赛心理素质存在一定的差异，且受到多种因素的影响。研究结论：利用心理学理论可以有效提高击剑运动员的比赛心理素质。该结论为击剑运动员的训练提供了新的思路和方法。建议：击剑教练在训练过程中注重心理学理论的应用，提高击剑运动员的比赛心理素质，从而提升比赛成绩。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study aims to explore the method of improving the psychological quality of fencers during competitions by using psychological theories.Methods: Through the analysis of the current situation of fencers’ competition psychological quality at home and abroad, combined with psychological theory, an experiment was designed and data analysis was carried out to explore the influence of psychological theories on the competition psychological quality of fencers and the methods of improvement.Results: The results of the experiment show that the use of psychological theory can significantly improve the competition psychological quality of fencers, including self-confidence, attention, stress coping, and other aspects.At the same time, the experimental results also show that there are differences in the competition psychological quality of fencers, and it is affected by various factors.Conclusion: The experimental results of this study show that the use of psychological theory can effectively improve the competition psychological quality of fencers, providing new ideas and methods for the training of fencers.It is suggested that fencing coaches pay attention to the application of psychological theory in the training process, improve the competition psychological quality of fencers, and improve their competition performance.更多还原
