【摘要】 目的：分析陕西优秀竞走运动员吴全明、杨柳静和马丽在2023年全国竞走冠军赛暨青少年锦标赛中的技术动作特征及其优缺点，进而为其提高竞走技术动作提供数据参考。研究方法：(1)通过中国知网查阅分析竞走运动文献；(2)使用两台JVC GC-PX100型摄像机，在距比赛场地起始点400米与500米处进行平面定点摄像；(3)利用瑞士Dartfish运动视频技战术分析系统进行运动学特征分析。研究结论：(1)吴全明技术特征：左右步长及步频数据存在差异；支撑腿垂直期间膝关节出现屈膝；身体重心浮动过大，上肢躯干角出现前倾现象，重心速度较慢。(2)杨柳静技术特征：左右步长及步频数据存在差异；身体重心浮动过大，上肢躯干角出现前倾现象，重心速度较慢。(3)马丽技术特征：左右步长及步频数据存在差异；支撑腿垂直期间膝关节出现屈膝；腾空时间及距离过长；身体重心浮动过大，上肢躯干角出现前倾现象，重心速度较慢。因此，建议：(1)吴全明、杨柳静、马丽三人需减少左右步长、步频差异；(2)加强支撑腿膝关节练习；(3)缩短左右腿轮换时间，减少腾空时间；(4)加强上肢躯干直立以及身体协调性练习；(5)提高整体技术动作的规范性与实效性。更多还原
