【摘要】 政策是推动社会正常运行的重要手段，对我国的体育教育事业具有重要意义，文本量化分析与评价相关政策，对提升政策实施效果、掌握时代发展走向具有重大意义。本文采取PMC指数模型对我国2007年至2021年间有关学校体育的八项政策进行分析，通过建立10项一级指标、44项二级指标从多个角度对政策文本进行量化评价，结果表明：(1)选中的学校体育政策可分为三个等级，达到优秀评级的有4项，良好评级的有3项，可接受评级的有1项。(2)政策得分高低主要受政策时效、政策内容、政策激励、政策保障等因素的影响，政策的专指性越高其得分可能会越低。(3)当前我国政策文本多从宏观角度出发，对专项资金的投入、风险评估与预防以及政策实施效果的监管力度不足。建议在今后的政策制定中增加一些预测性内容，以此保证政策受领对象的多元化，进一步提高政策内容实施的针对性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Policies, as crucial scripts for maintaining social order, hold paramount significance in China’s physical education sector. Quantitative analysis and assessment of policy texts are pivotal for enhancing policy implementation efficiency and comprehending the trajectory of societal development. This study employs the PMC Index Model to scrutinize eight policies related to school physical education in China from 2007 to 2021. By establishing ten primary indicators and 44 secondary indicators, policy texts are subjected to multifaceted quantitative evaluation, yielding the following outcomes:(1)The selected school physical education policies can be classified into three tiers: four policies attain an outstanding rating, three garner a favorable rating, and one obtains an acceptable rating.(2)Policy scores are primarily influenced by factors such as policy timeliness, content, incentives, and guarantees. Policies with higher specificity may yield lower scores.(3)Presently, Chinese policy texts predominantly adopt a macro perspective, with limited emphasis on aspects like targeted funding, risk assessment and prevention, and the rigorous monitoring of policy implementation effectiveness. It is recommended that future policy formulation incorporates more predictive elements to ensure a diverse range of policy recipients and further enhance the precision of policy content implementation.更多还原
