【Abstract】 This study employs Putnam’s definition of social capital to examine the impact and limitations of social capital theory on sports social organizations through practical examples. The research reveals a natural alignment and logical correlation between sports social organizations and social capital: they exhibit beneficial effects on organizational cohesion, resource sharing, and developmental pathways. However, challenges such as insufficient motivation for social participation and unequal distribution of social capital persist. In response, the following recommendations are put forth: fostering organizational culture, promoting communication and collaboration among members, establishing equitable resource allocation mechanisms, and providing equal training and developmental opportunities.更多还原
