【摘要】 本文在博弈论视角下，通过对政府与社会力量的博弈情况进行理论分析，得出提高政府的财政投入能够促使政府与社会力量合作供给的整体效益达到最大化的结论。通过对北京市“高参小”项目进行案例分析，证明以政府购买体育服务的方式促进双方互动合作供给的优化发展模式。据此建议：加快政府职能转变，促进“放管服”改革创新；加大政府财政投入，减少合作成本风险；完善评估监督体系，构建合作互信机制；提高竞争合作意识，保障持久合作动力等优化策略，推动课后体育服务中政社合作模式建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, from the perspective of game theory, through the theoretical analysis of the game between the government and social forces, it is concluded that improving the government’s financial input can promote the government and social forces to maximize the overall benefit of cooperation supply. The case analysis of “Gao Can Xiao” project in Beijing proves that the government’s purchase of sports services can promote the optimal development of mutual cooperation supply.
