利用FMS-LE和YBT-LQ预测足球运动员下肢损伤率的研究
A Study on Use of FMS-LE and YBT-LQ in Predicting Injury Rates of Lower Extremity in Soccer Players
【摘要】 目的:探讨高校男子足球运动员FMS-LE下肢功能动作筛查测试、YBT-LQ下肢Y平衡测试与运动损伤发生率的关系。方法:对43名高校男子足球运动员进行FMS-LE和YBT-LQ测试,跟踪并记录运动员在训练和比赛中的损伤情况,分析两个测试得分与运动损伤率之间的关系。研究发现:将FMS-LE<6.5作为阈值时,预测的准确率为53.84%;将YBT-LQ的X/Y/Z>4cm和前侧伸够标准值<54.4%作为阈值时,预测准确率为76.92%;将FMS-LE<6.5与YBT-LQ前侧伸够标准值<54.4%和X/Y/Z>4cm作为阈值时,预测成功率为92.30%。单一使用FMS-LE或YBT-LQ对损伤概率的预测均有一定的准确性,但将两者结合对损伤预测的准确性更高。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To explore the relationship between Functional Movement Screen-Lower Extremity(FMS-LE) score, Y-Balance Test Lower Quarter(YBT-LQ) differences and the incidence of sports injuries among male college soccer players in China. METHOD: The FMS-LE and YBT-LQ were administered to 43 collegiate male soccer players, and the players’ injuries in training and competitions were tracked and recorded to analyze the relationship between the two test scores and sports injury rates. RESULTS: When FMS-LE score of <6.5 was utilized as the threshold, the prediction accuracy was 53.84%. When YBT-LQ normalized anterior reach distance<54.4% and X/Y/Z > 4 cm were utilized as the threshold, the prediction accuracy was 76.92%. And when YBT-LQ normalized anterior reach distance<54.4% and X/Y/Z > 4 cm and FMS-LE total scores < 6.5 were utilized as the threshold, the prediction success rate rose to 92.30%. Using either the FMS-LE or the YBT-LQ test alone has a fair accuracy in predicting the chance of injury, but the two in combination was more accurate for injury prediction.
