【摘要】 裁判员是竞技体育的重要组成部分，是棒球运动发展中不可或缺的影响因素。目前对棒球裁判员的评价以及赛后总结常存在一定的主观性和不合理性，因此需要采用公平的量化机制对裁判员进行评价，才能提升裁判员整体执裁水平。本文通过德尔菲法、层次分析法等研究方法构建我国棒球裁判员执裁能力评价体系，并应用于2022年全国青少年棒球锦标赛U18组暨中国中学生棒球锦标赛(高中组)比赛，以此实证检验指标体系表的科学性，旨在为裁判员自评和管理部门对棒球裁判员的晋升和选派提供参考。评价体系表包含4个一级指标、13个二级指标、34个三级指标，且协调度一致性较好，能全面评价裁判执裁情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Referees are an important part of elite sports and an indispensable factor in the development of baseball. However, there are subjectivity and irrationality in the evaluation of referees and the summary after the game; therefore, it is necessary to adopt a fair quantitative mechanism to evaluate the referees in order to improve the overall level of the referees. In this study, we set baseball referees’ officiating ability evaluation system by using Delphi method, analytic hierarchy process and other research methods. We verified the scientific nature of the table of criteria and metrics in the 2022 National Youth Baseball Championship U18 Group and the China High School Baseball Championship(Senior High School Group)competition, in an effort to provide references for the promotion and selection of baseball referees by the referees’ self-evaluation and management departments. The evaluation criteria and metrics consist of 4 first-level metrics, 13 second-level metrics and 34 third-level metrics, and they are of high coordination and consistency.更多还原
