“食品感官评价”课程的创新教学实践与探索
Innovative Teaching Practice and Exploration of the Course of “Food Sensory Evaluation”
【摘要】 在新工科建设背景下,针对“食品感官评价”课程开展创新教学实践与探索,努力改变传统教学现状。通过创新教学模式、丰富教学活动、更新教学手段,并贯穿思政元素来创新课堂教学,旨在提高教师教学质量,充分激发学生学习兴趣,提升学生的实践能力和创新能力,为新工科人才培养提供有益经验与参考。
【Abstract】 Under the background of new engineering construction, the innovative teaching practice and exploration for the course of “Food Sensory Evaluation” are carried out, and strive to change the current situation of traditional teaching.The classroom teaching by innovating teaching mode, enriching teaching activities, updating teaching methods, and using ideological elements is innovated. Aim to improve the teaching quality of teachers, fully stimulate students’ interest in learning,enhance students’ practical ability and innovation ability, and provide useful experience and reference for the training of new engineering talents.
