项目驱动+虚拟仿真的线上线下混合式教学实践

【摘要】 在工程专业认证背景下,为培养学生针对复杂食品工程问题的研究能力、改进工科实验教学模式的不足,以项目驱动为导向,设计课程教学内容;以虚拟仿真实验平台为依托,构建融合多元化教学方法的线上线下混合式互动教学模式,并在“食品化学与营养学实验”教学中实践。通过期末考试成绩数据分析和问卷调查评价教学效果。结果显示,采用线上线下混合式互动教学模式的班级期末考试成绩明显高于传统教学模式的班级(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示学生对混合式教学满意程度高。基于项目驱动的混合式互动教学模式将传统学习方式的优势和虚拟仿真实验在线学习的优势结合起来,提高学生学习兴趣和参与性,培养学生的思维能力和研究能力,推进信息技术与实验教育的融合,从而取得良好的教学效果。

【Abstract】 Under the background of engineering professional certification, in order to cultivate students’ research ability for complex food engineering problems and improve the deficiencies of engineering experimental teaching mode, the course teaching contents were designed based on project-driven, and a blended interactive teaching mode integrating diversified teaching methods was constructed based on the virtual simulation experiment platform, and applied it in experimental teaching of food chemistry and nutrition. The teaching effect was evaluated by the final examination score data analysis and the questionnaire survey. The results showed that the mixed online and offline interactive teaching class were significantly higher than the traditional teaching class(P<0.05). and the students were satisfied with the blended teaching mode. The project-driven blended interactive teaching mode combines the advantages of traditional learning methods with the advantages of virtual simulation experiment online learning, to improve students’ interest and participation in learning, cultivate students’ thinking ability and research ability, and promote the integration of information technology and experimental education, so as to achieve good teaching results.
