考虑碳排放量和噪声污染的柔性作业车间调度研究
Flexible Job Shop Scheduling Study Considering Carbon Emissions and Noise Pollution
【摘要】 绿色低碳是“双碳”目标下工业发展的必然选择,工业减污降碳行动刻不容缓。针对绿色柔性作业车间调度问题,考虑机器负载、空载、车间公共设施以及生产噪声等因素,构建了以完工时间、碳排放量及噪声污染为优化目标的调度优化模型,采用了基于精英策略的自适应多种群Jaya算法(SMAPE-Jaya)进行求解,通过算例测试及对比,验证了SAMPE-Jaya算法求解调度方案的有效性和优越性。通过实例求解,验证了所建模型的可行性,并分析了高效、综合、绿色三种模式下的车间生产调度方案,为管理者做生产决策提供参考。
【Abstract】 Under the dual carbon target, green and low carbon has become an inevitable choice for industrial development, and it is urgent for industrial pollution reduction and carbon reduction actions.Aiming at the green flexible job shop scheduling problem, considering factors such as machine load, no load, job shop public facilities and production noise, a scheduling optimization model with completion time, carbon emissions and noise pollution as the optimization goals is constructed, and the elitism-based self-adaptive multi-population Jaya algorithm(SMAPE-Jaya) based on elite strategy is used to solve, and the effectiveness and superiority of the SAMPE-Jaya algorithm to solve the scheduling scheme are verified through study case test and comparison.Through the example solution, the feasibility of the built model is verified, and the job shop production scheduling scheme in three modes of high efficiency, comprehensive and green is analyzed for the references of managers to make production decisions.
