基于多元融合的高层次复合应用型电商物流人才培养模式探索
Exploration of the High-Level and Composite Applied E-commerce Logistics Personnel Training Mode Based on Multiple Integration
【摘要】 现代邮政业作为推动流通方式转型、促进消费升级的现代化先导性产业,在国民经济中发挥着重要的基础性作用,大力推进高层次复合应用型电商物流人才培养成为邮政行业落实科教兴国战略的重要工作。文中立足新基建下快递业与制造业深度融合趋势,结合企业运作全流程的应用型人才需求,探索“产业融合+学科融合+技能融合+政产学研用融合”的多元融合培养模式,构建面向岗位需求的政产学研协同育人培养机制,建立“理论教学+模拟实验演练+电商物流运营实训+创新创业实战”实训体系,实现学科融合和技能融合的有效结合,以满足邮政快递企业对高层次复合应用型人才的需求,推动邮政业高质量发展,促进我国高等院校邮政专业学科发展,落实科教兴邮战略。
【Abstract】 As a modernized leading industry promoting the transformation of circulation mode and upgrading of consumption, modern postal service plays an important fundamental role in the national economy.Vigorously promoting the training of high-level composite applied postal personnel has become an important work for the postal industry to implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education.Based on the trend of deep integration between express delivery industry and manufacturing industry under the new infrastructure, and combined with the demand for application-oriented talents in the whole process of enterprise operation, this paper explores a diversified integration training mode of “industry integration + discipline integration + skill integration + government-industry-university-research-application integration”,and builds a training mechanism of political and industry-university-research collaborative education for post demand.By establishing the training system of“theory teaching + simulation experiment and practice+practical training of e-commerce logistics operation+innovation entrepreneurship practice”,it can combine the integration of disciplines and skills; meet the postal express delivery enterprises’ demand for high-level compound applied talents, promote the postal industry’s development with high quality, and the development of the postal service professional disciplines in our country, and implement the strategy of boosting postal services through science and education.
