氯吡脲处理对6种猕猴桃品质和货架期的影响

【摘要】 目的 研究氯吡脲[1-(2-chloropyridin-4-yl)-3-phenylurea, CPUU]的使用对6种猕猴桃营养品质和耐贮性的影响。方法 以“贵长”“碧玉”“翠玉”“红阳”“米良一号”和“金桃”6种猕猴桃为试材,使用5、10和20 mg/L3种不同质量浓度CPUU处理幼果期猕猴桃,测定果实品质和贮藏性能。结果 与对照组相比,采收时不同质量浓度CPUU猕猴桃大部分处理组的横纵径有所增加,其单果重、固酸比及可溶性糖显著增加(P<0.05),空心率和果形指数无显著差异;在不同质量浓度CPUU处理组条件下,“碧玉”“金桃”“贵长”“翠玉”和“红阳”猕猴桃的维生素C含量大部分能显著提高(P<0.05),“米良一号”维生素C含量无显著变化。常温货架期贮藏过程中CPUU处理组提高了果实的失重率、软化率、腐烂率以及缩短了果实的货架期。结论 CPUU提高了猕猴桃果实的营养品质,但不利于果实的贮藏。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of 1-(2-chloropyridin-4-yl)-3-phenylurea(CPUU) treatmenton the nutritional quality and shelf life of Actinidia chinensis Planch.. Methods “Guichang”“Jasper”“Cuiyu”“Hongyang”“Miliang No.1” and “Jintao” 6 kinds of Actinidia chinensis Planch. species were used as the test material,and 3 kinds of mass concentrations of 5, 10 and 20 mg/L of CPUU were used to treat Actinidia chinensis Planch. at young fruit stage, and the fruit quality, storage performance and nutritional indicators during harvest and shelf life were determined. Results Compared with the control group, most of the Actinidia chinensis Planch. treated with different concentrations of CPUU at harvest showed an increase in longitudinal and transverse diameter, and a significant increase in fruit weight, solid to acid ratio and soluble sugar(P<0.05), while the hollow rate and fruit shape index were not significantly different. The vitamin C content of “Jasper”“Jintao”“Guichang”“Cuiyu” and “Hongyang” was mostly significantly increased in the CPUU treatment group(P<0.05), while the vitamin C content of “Miliang No.1” had no significant change. During the shelf life storage at room temperature, the CPUU treatment group accelerated the fruit weight loss rate, softening rate, rot rate and shortened the fruit shelf life. Conclusion CPUU improves the quality of Actinidia chinensis Planch., but it is not conducive to the storage of the fruit.
