用高阶剪切理论研究层合圆管弯曲时力学特性

【摘要】 采用高阶剪切理论研究了层合圆管弯曲时的力学行为,建立了层合圆管弯曲微分方程,推导了外荷载作用下层合圆管的挠曲线方程及正应力、剪应力公式。有关算例证明,该方法计算精度很高。计算分析表明,剪切变形对层合圆管弯曲有较大影响,实际工程中层合圆管的设计不能忽略剪切变形的影响。

【Abstract】 The bending mechanical properties of laminated circular tube are studied with high-order shear theory, and the bending differential equation of laminated circular tube is established. Under load with the laminated circular tube beam, the deflection curve equation is derived from, and the normal stress and shear stress expression are put forward in the paper. The method has high accuracy, which is proved by numerical examples. The calculation and analysis show that the shear deformation has great influence on the bending of laminated circular tube, and the effect of shear deformation could not be ignored in the design of laminated circular tube in practical engineering.
