不同砧木对薄皮甜瓜品质和产量的影响

【摘要】 本试验以薄皮甜瓜品种蜜桶子、新千玉为接穗,以南瓜品种黄金搭档,厚皮甜瓜品种强势、陕甜砧2号、陕甜砧3号为砧木进行双根靠接。对嫁接所得的八个嫁接组合的果实的产量和品质进行比较。最终试验结果显示:黄金搭档作为砧木与蜜桶子和新千玉进行嫁接,嫁接成活率较高,产量较自根苗相比有明显提高,但嫁接后果实品质有所降低。厚皮甜瓜砧木强势,与蜜桶子嫁接,其产量、中心可溶性固形物含量、总酸含量、可溶性蛋白含量和Vc含量均高于其他嫁接组合;厚皮甜瓜砧木强势与新千玉嫁接,其产量、中心可溶性固形物含量和Vc含量高于其他嫁接组合及自根苗。强势与两接穗的嫁接组合中,与蜜桶子嫁接所得产量高于与新千玉嫁接,与新千玉嫁接果实中心可溶性固形物含量高于与蜜桶子嫁接果实中心可溶性固形物含量。综合评价,厚皮甜瓜砧木品种强势在两接穗品种的嫁接组合中表现较优异。

【Abstract】 In this experiment, the thin skin muskmelon varieties‘ Mitongzi ’and ‘Xinqianyu’ were used as scions, the pumpkin variety ‘Huangjindadang’, the thick skin muskmelon variety ‘Qiangshi’, ‘Shantianzhen No. 2’ and ‘Shantianzhen No.3’ were used as rootstocks for double-root inarching. The fruit yield and quality of the eight graft combinations from inarching were compared. The results showed that the grafting survival rate was highe after ‘Huangjindadang’ was used as rootstock to graft with ‘Mitongzi’ and ‘Xinqianyu’, and the yield was significantly higher than that of self-rooted seedlings, but the fruit quality decreased after being grafted. The yield, central soluble solid content, total acid content, soluble protein content and VC content were higher than other graft combinations after the thick skin muskmelon rootstock ‘Qiangshi’ was grafted with ‘Mitongzi’; The yield, central soluble solid content and VC content were higher than other graft combinations and self-rooted seedlings after the thick skin melon was grafted with ‘Xinqianyu’. In the graft combination of ‘Qiangshi’with two scions above, the yield obtained by grafting with ‘Mitongzi’was higher than that with ‘Xinqianyu’, and the content of soluble solid in the center of the fruit grafted with ‘Xinqianyu’was higher than that grafted with ‘Mitongzi’. Comprehensively, the rootstock varieties of thick skin muskmelon are stronger in the graft combination of the two scion varieties above.
