【摘要】 目的：观察脑肿瘤患者短期运动想象疗法护理干预效果及对睡眠质量的影响。方法：选取2020年4月至2022年6月福建省泉州市第一医院老年病科收治的脑肿瘤患者80例作为研究对象，按照随机表法分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组给予常规护理干预，观察组给予短期运动想象疗法干预。采用Barthel指数判定2组患者干预前后的生命质量，采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化，并比较2组患者脑组织rScO₂水平的差异。结果：干预后1周，观察组患者Barthel指数、脑组织rScO₂水平显著高于对照组，观察组PSQI评分显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P<0.05）。结论：对脑肿瘤患者实施短期运动想象疗法护理干预具有良好的效果，能显著提升患者的生活能力，提高脑组织rScO₂水平，有效改善患者的睡眠质量，值得临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the nursing intervention effect of short-term motor imagery therapy on brain tumor patients and its impact on sleep quality.Methods:Eighty patients with brain tumors admitted to the Geriatric Department of Quanzhou First Hospital of Fujian Province from April 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group（n=40） and a control group（n=40） using a random table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received short-term exercise imagination therapy intervention.The Barthel index was used to assess the quality of life of two groups of patients before and after intervention.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index（PSQI） was used to compare the changes in sleep quality between the two groups of patients before and after intervention, and the difference in rScO₂ levels in brain tissue between the two groups of patients was compared.Results:One week after intervention, the Barthel index and brain tissue rScO₂ levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the PSQI score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ Ps<0.05）.Conclusion:The implementation of short-term motor imagery therapy nursing intervention for brain tumor patients has a good effect, which can significantly improve the patient′s ability to live, increase the level of rScO₂ in brain tissue, and effectively improve the patient′s sleep quality.It is worthy of clinical promotion and use.更多还原
