【摘要】 目的 研究中药敷贴联合耳穴贴压对心脾两虚型血液病激素相关性失眠患者的影响。方法 选取河南省中医院（河南中医药大学第二附属医院）2020年2月至2022年6月期间110例经激素治疗后失眠的血液病患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法进行分组，对照组55例给予常规睡前护理和西药治疗，观察组55例增加中药敷贴联合耳穴贴压治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效、中医证候积分、负性情绪、睡眠质量和不良反应。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组（P=0.026）；观察组治疗前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）各维度评分和中医证候积分差值均低于对照组（P <0.001）；治疗4周内两组患者嗜睡、食欲不振、醒后乏力等不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P> 0.05）。结论 中药敷贴联合耳穴贴压能够减轻心脾两虚型血液病激素相关性失眠患者负性情绪，改善睡眠质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine application combined with auricular point application on the negative mood and sleep quality of patients with hormone-related insomnia in blood diseases with deficiency of heart and spleen. Method A total of 110 blood disease patients with insomnia a?ter hormone therapy in Henan Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(the Second Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine) from February 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided by random number table method. 55 patients in the control group were given routine bedtime nursing and western medicine treatment, and 55 patients in the observation group were given traditional Chinese medicine application combined with auricular acupoint sticking treatment. Clinical efficacy, TCM symptom score, negative emotion, sleep quality and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.026). The differences of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA), Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) scores, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) scores and TCM syndrome scores before and a?ter treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions such as lethargy, loss of appetite and fatigue after awakening between two groups within 4 weeks of treatment(P>0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine application combined with auricular acupoint pressure can alleviate the negative mood of patients with hormone-related insomnia in blood diseases with deficiency of heart and spleen, improve sleep quality and has high safety.更多还原
