PBL联合情景模拟教学法在肾内科住院医师规范化教学中的应用研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨PBL联合情景模拟教学法在肾内科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法 选择2021年8月至2022年7月在新乡医学院第一附属医院肾脏病医院肾内科接受培训的80名住院医师,采用随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组,每组40人。干预组采用PBL联合情景模拟教学法,对照组采用传统授课教学法。培训结束后,实行统一出科考核考题,采用调查问卷进行满意度评分及学习积极主动性量表评估两组学员的教学成果。结果 干预组学员的出科成绩、教学满意度均优于对照组(P <0.05),学习积极主动性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 在肾内科住院医师规范化培训中,PBL教学法联合情景模拟教学法能提高规培医生的临床实践能力、团队协助能力和人文关怀能力,具有应用创新和实践价值,值得进一步推广。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of PBL combined with situational simulation teaching method in standardized training of resident physicians in the department of nephrology. Method A total of 80 resident physicians who received standardized training in the Department of Nephrology, Nephrology Hospital of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College from August 2021 to July 2022 were selected, and they were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The intervention group adopted PBL combined with situational simulation teaching method. The control group adopted the traditional teaching method. After the training, unified objective structured clinical examination was implemented. A questionnaire was used to evaluate the teaching outcomes of the two groups of students, including satisfaction score and active learning state(ALS) scale. Result Students in the intervention group were better than those in the control group in terms of graduation scores and teaching satisfaction(P<0.05). Students in the intervention group were significantly more active in learning than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the standardized training of resident physicians in the department of nephrology, PBL teaching method combined with situational simulation teaching method can improve the clinical practice ability, team assistance ability and humanistic care ability of the trained doctors, which has application innovation and practical value, and is worthy of further promotion.
