【摘要】 基于文献研读与现实思考，对“双循环”背景下中国数字版权贸易的背景和定义进行溯源，从数字版权贸易的主体、客体、对象三个维度探讨数字版权贸易的内涵，深化对数字版权贸易及其重要性的认知。数字版权贸易日益成为数字时代衡量一国的国际贸易规模与竞争力的重要影响因素，在“十四五”发展时期，中国数字版权贸易的发展应着眼于构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局，应明确调整版权贸易战略布局的必要性，思考在新格局与困境中的发展出路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on literature research and practical thinking, this paper traces the background and definition of China’s digital copyright trade in the context of“double circulation”, discusses the connotation of digital copyright trade from three dimensions of digital copyright trade subject, object and object,and deepens the understanding of digital copyright trade and its importance. Digital copyright trade has increasingly become an important factor in measuring the scale and competitiveness of a country’s international trade in the digital era. During the“Fourteenth Five-Year Plan”development period, the development of China’s digital copyright trade should focus on the premise of building a new development pattern with the domestic big cycle as the main body and the domestic and international double cycles promoting each other. It should clarify the necessity of adjusting the strategic layout of copyright trade, and consider the development way out in the new pattern and dilemma.更多还原
