【摘要】 为了对EPC项目群管理在中国的应用情况进行探析，在分析EPC项目群的定义、特征和难点的基础上，通过白鹤滩库区移民工程EPC项目群管理实践，从管理模式、管理构架、进度管控、安全管控和质量管控5个方面阐述了管理实践创新做法，总结了国内EPC项目群管理的创新做法和经验。研究成果可为中国企业承接类似EPC项目提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the practice of EPC project management in China, based on the analysis of the definition, characteristics and difficulties of EPC project group, through the management practice of EPC project group in Baihetan Reservoir area, the management practice innovation was elaborated from management mode, management framework, progress control, safety control and quality control, and the experience of EPC project group management in China was summarized.The research results can provide reference for Chinese enterprises to undertake similar EPC projects.更多还原
