山梨醇缩醛α晶型成核剂的合成及性能研究
Synthesis and Properties of Sorbitol Acetal α Crystalline Nucleating Agent
【摘要】 为了研究山梨醇缩醛分子外围取代基位置与其成核效果的影响规律,文章合成了3个互为同分异构体的山梨醇缩醛成核剂,分析改性前后聚丙烯(PP)的结晶过程,研究山梨醇缩醛成核剂对PP形貌结构及各项性能的影响。结果表明:3个山梨醇缩醛成核剂为α晶型成核剂,其中对位取代的山梨醇缩醛成核剂表现最优异,对PP的光学性能和力学性能改善效果最佳,雾度由78%降至16%,而且晶粒最均匀致密,结晶温度最高。对位取代的山梨醇缩醛成核剂是PP的高效α晶型透明成核剂。
【Abstract】 In order to study the influence of the peripheral substituent position of sorbitol acetal molecule on its nucleation effect, three sorbitol acetal nucleating agents which are isomers of each other were synthesized. The crystallization process of polypropylene(PP) before and after modification was analyzed, and the effects of sorbitol acetal nucleating agent on the morphology, structure and properties of PP was studied. The results show that the three sorbitol acetal nucleating agents are α crystalline nucleating agents, among which the para-substituted sorbitol acetalization nucleating agent has the best performance, and has the best improvement effects on the optical properties and mechanical properties of PP. The haze is reduced from 78% to 16%, and the crystal grains are the most uniform and dense, and the crystallization temperature is the highest. The para-substituted sorbitol acetal nucleating agent is an efficient α crystalline transparent nucleating agent for PP.
