添加不同改性氧化石墨烯无石棉垫片的贮存寿命评估
Evaluation of Storage Life of Asbestos Free Gaskets with Different Modified Graphene Oxide
【摘要】 为准确、快速地预测无石棉垫片的贮存寿命,采用热空气加速老化试验的方法对无石棉垫片的老化性能进行研究。以压缩性能作为评价指标,结合Arrhenius模型,建立无石棉垫片的热氧老化寿命预测模型,利用该模型预测无石棉垫片的贮存寿命。分别针对不添加氧化石墨烯的垫片和添加几种不同改性方法的氧化石墨烯的垫片进行研究,结合扫描电镜(SEM)对机理进行分析。结果表明:空气和温度对无石棉垫片的压缩性能产生较大的影响;随着老化温度的升高,压缩率逐渐降低更快;氧化石墨烯的添加有利于提高无石棉垫片的贮存寿命,添加经过KH550改性的GO效果最明显。
【Abstract】 In order to accurately and quickly predict the storage life of asbestos free gaskets, the aging performance of asbestos free gaskets was studied by hot air accelerated aging test. Based on the compression performance as the evaluation index, combined with the Arrhenius model, the thermal oxygen aging life prediction model of the asbestos free gaskets was established, and the storage life of the asbestos free gaskets was predicted by using the model. The gaskets without graphene oxide and the gaskets with several different modification methods were studied respectively, and the mechanism was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results show that air and temperature have a great influence on the compression performance of asbestos free gaskets. With the increase of aging temperature, the compression rate decreases faster. The addition of graphene oxide is beneficial to improve the storage life of asbestos-free gaskets, and the effect of adding GO modified by KH550 is the most obvious.
