硼酚醛树脂的合成改性及其应用研究
Progress in Synthesis, Modification and Application of Boron Phenolic Resin
【摘要】 硼酚醛树脂是一种耐热性较好且成本较低的高分子聚合物,其初始分解温度可达350℃以上。文章对硼酚醛树脂的合成方法、性能、改性途径等进行综述。研究表明:共混法合成硼酚醛树脂存在硼源反应不完全,改性效果不稳定等问题;水杨醇法存在收率低的问题,但制备过程易控制,产品质量稳定;固相合成法的改性效果相对较好,但对反应条件要求较高。硼酚醛树脂的改性主要从增韧改性、耐水改性和耐热改性等方面进行。对硼酚醛树脂未来的发展趋势进行展望,以期为该领域的研究提供一定的参考。
【Abstract】 Boron phenolic resin is a polymer with good heat resistance and low cost, and its initial decomposition temperature can reach more than 350 ℃. The synthesis methods, properties and modification methods of boron phenolic resin were reviewed. The results show that the synthesis of boron phenolic resin by blending method has the problems of incomplete reaction of boron source and unstable modification effect. The salicyl alcohol method has the problem of low yield, but the preparation process is easy to control and the product quality is stable. The modification effect of solid phase synthesis is relatively good, but the reaction conditions are higher. The modification of boron phenolic resin mainly includes toughening modification, water resistance modification and heat resistance modification. The future development trend of boron phenolic resin is prospected in order to provide some reference for the research in this field.
