不同蛋白源对草鱼生长性能、血清生化指标及肠道组织形态的影响
Effects of different protein sources on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and intestinal tissue morphology of grass carp
【摘要】 文章旨在探讨不同蛋白源对草鱼生长性能、血清生化指标及肠道组织形态的影响。试验将初始体质量为(6.35.58±0.23)g的720尾草鱼随机分为6组,每组6个重复,每个重复20尾。对照组饲喂基础日粮,其他5个试验组在基础日粮上分别加入10%、15%、30%、50%和100%的肠衣蛋白粉(CM),分别记为S10、S15、S30、S50、S100组。预饲期1周,发现具有一定的可行性,正式期2个月,观察各组草鱼的生长性能、血清生化指标以及肠道组织形态。结果:(1)与对照组相比,S30、S50、S100组草鱼末重显著提高(P <0.05)。与对照组相比,S30、S50、S100组草鱼增重率显著提高(P <0.05)。与对照组相比,S30、S50、S100组草鱼特定生长率显著提高(P <0.05)。(2)与对照组相比,S10、S15、S30、S50、S100组草鱼血清中谷草转氨酶含量显著降低(P <0.05)。与对照组相比,S10、S15、S30、S50、S100组草鱼血清中谷丙转氨酶含量显著降低(P <0.05)。与对照组相比,S10、S15、S30、S50、S100组草鱼血清中白蛋白含量显著提高(P <0.05)。(3)与对照组相比,S10、S15、S30、S50、S100组草鱼肠道绒毛数量显著提高(P <0.05)。与对照组相比,S10、S15、S30、S50、S100组草鱼肠道绒毛高度显著提高(P <0.05)。结论 :基础日粮中高水平的肠衣蛋白粉能够提高草鱼生长性能,改善血清生化指标,促进草鱼肠道发育,其中肠衣蛋白粉的最佳添加比例为30%。
【Abstract】 The purpose of this paper was to investigate the effects of different protein sources on the growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and intestinal tissue morphology of grass carp. 720 grass carp with an initial body mass of(6.35.58±0.23)g were randomly divided into 6 groups,with 6 replicates in each group and 20 per replicate. The control group was fed with a basic diet,while the other five experimental groups were added 10%,15%,30%,50%,and 100% casing protein powder(CM)to the basic diet,respectively,denoted as S10,S15,S30,S50,and S100 groups. The pre feeding period of 1 week was found to be feasible,and the formal period was 2 months. The growth performance,serum biochemical indicators,and intestinal tissue morphology of each group of grass carp were observed. Result :(1)Compared with the control group,the S30,S50,and S100 groups significantly increased the final weight of grass carp(P < 0.05). Compared with the control group,the weight gain rate of grass carp in the S30,S50,and S100 groups was significantly increased(P < 0.05). Compared with the control group,the specific growth rate of grass carp in the S30,S50,and S100 groups was significantly increased(P < 0.05).(2)Compared with the control group,the content of cereal grass transaminase in the serum of grass carp in S10,S15,S30,S50,S100 groups was significantly lower(P < 0.05). Compared with the control group,the content of alanine transaminase in the serum of grass carp in S10,S15,S30,S50,S100 groups was significantly lower(P < 0.05). Compared with the control group,the albumin content in the serum of grass carp in the S10,S15,S30,S50,and S100 groups was significantly increased(P < 0.05).(3)Compared with the control group,the number of intestinal villi in grass carp in the S10,S15,S30,S50,and S100 groups significantly increased(P< 0.05). Compared with the control group,the intestinal villus height of grass carp in the S10,S15,S30,S50,and S100 groups was significantly increased(P < 0.05). Conclusion :The high level of casing protein powder in the basic diet can improve the growth performance of grass carp,improve the serum biochemical indicators,and promote the intestinal development of grass carp.The optimal proportion of casing protein powder is 30%.
