响应面法优化芒果核黄酮提取工艺研究

【摘要】 芒果核是芒果的重要副产物,其含有丰富的多糖、多酚及黄酮类化合物,具有重要的生理活性及经济价值。本研究旨在优化芒果核中黄酮的最佳提取工艺。通过以芒果核黄酮提取率为指标,探讨乙醇浓度、液料比、提取时间对黄酮得率的影响,在单因素的基础上,利用响应面法优化确定最佳提取工艺。结果表明,最佳工艺条件是乙醇浓度为62%、液料比为35 mL/g,提取时间为47 min。在此条件下测得芒果核黄酮得率平均值为2.372%。

【Abstract】 Mango kernel seeds is an important by-product of mango. It has important physiological activity and economic value because rich polysaccharides,polyphenols and flavonoids. The present investigation aims to optimize the extraction process of flavonoids in mango kernel seeds. Taking the yield of flavonoids in mango kernel seeds as the index,the effects of ethanol concentration,solvent/sample ratio and extraction time on the yield of flavonoids were studied. On the basis of single factor experiment,theoptimal technological conditions were obtained by response surface methodology. The results showed that the optimum technological parameters of the yield of flavonoids were as follows :ethanol concentration 62%,solvent/sample ratio 35 :1 mL/g,extraction time 47 min.Under these conditions,the average yield of flavonoid in mango kernel seeds was 2.372%.
