稀土、胆汁酸及其复配物对大口黑鲈生长性能和肠肝结构功能的影响
Effects of rare earth elements,bile acids and their complexes on growth performance and enterohepatic structure and function of largemouth bass
【摘要】 为研究饲料中添加不同含量稀土、胆汁酸及其复配物对大口黑鲈生长性能、脂肪代谢及肠肝结构功能的影响,选择初始质量为(12.34±0.11)g的大口黑鲈450尾,随机分成6组,每组3个重复,每个重复25尾。对照组(D0)饲喂基础饲料,在其基础上分别添加5种组分不同的复配物,配制成5种等氮等脂的试验饲料,分别命名为D1(75 mg/kg胆汁酸+75 mg/kg稀土壳糖胺螯合盐+75 mg/kg单甘酯)、D2(100 mg/kg胆汁酸+75 mg/kg稀土壳糖胺螯合盐)、D3(100 mg/kg胆汁酸+50 mg/kg稀土壳糖胺螯合盐+75 mg/kg单甘酯)、D4(75 mg/kg胆汁酸+60 mg/kg肉碱)和D5(150 mg/kg胆汁酸)。结果表明:与对照组相比,各添加组的生长性能及饲料利用无显著差异(P> 0.05);D1和D2组肠道中的胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶活性显著大于其他各组(P <0.05),D1组的淀粉酶活性显著大于其他各组(P <0.05),但各组Na~+-K~+-ATPase活性较对照组降低27.68%~55.35%(P <0.05)。与对照组相比,各试验组的血浆谷草转氨酶(AST)活性下降10.86%~35.48%(P <0.05),谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性变化不显著(P> 0.05);D3组的胆固醇(TC)含量显著高于对照组(P <0.05),D3组甘油三酯(TG)显著高于其他各组(P <0.05)。综合生长性能、消化和免疫相关酶活性变化的各指标,100 mg/kg胆汁酸复配75 mg/kg稀土(铈和镧)壳糖胺螯合盐的D2组为最优添加组。
【Abstract】 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different contents of rare earth,bile acids and their complexes on growth performance,fat metabolism and enterohepatic structure and function of largemouth bass. A total of 450 largemouth bass with an initial mass of(12.34 ±0.11)g were randomly divided into 6 groups with 3 replicates per group and 25 largemouth bass per replicate. Control group(D0)was fed a basal diet,and supplemented with 5 different compounds to prepare 5 isonitrogenous and isolipid experimental diets. They were named D1,D2,D3,D4 and D5. The results were as follows: compared with the control group,there were no significant differences in growth performance and feed utilization of each supplemental group(P > 0.05);The intestinal trypsin and lipase activities in D1 and D2 groups were significantly higher than those in other groups(P < 0.05),the amylase activity in D1 group was significantly higher than that in other groups(P < 0.05),but Na~+-K~+-ATPase activity was decreased by 27.68% ~ 55.35%(P < 0.05). Compared with the control group,plasma AST activity in experimental groups was decreased by10.86% ~ 35.48%(P < 0.05),ALT activity did not change significantly(P > 0.05);TC content in D3 group was significantly higher than that in control group(P < 0.05),TG in D3 group were significantly higher than those in other groups(P < 0.05). Considering the changes of growth performance,digestion and immune-related enzyme activities,D2 group with 100 mg/kg bile acid combined with 75 mg/kg rare earth(cerium and lanthanum)chitosamine chelate was the optimal supplemental group.
