肉桂醛对肉鸡生长性能、血清抗氧化与免疫等生化指标的影响
Effects of cinnamaldehyde on growth performance,serum antioxidation and immunity in broilers
【摘要】 文章旨在研究在基础日粮中添加不同浓度的肉桂醛对肉鸡生产性能及养殖效益的影响。试验将1日龄体重相近公母各半的360只AA肉仔鸡分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复30只(公母各半),分别饲喂基础日粮、基础日粮+200、400和600mg/kg的肉桂醛。试验期49d。试验结果显示,与对照组相比,1~21日龄、22~49日龄饲粮中添加400mg/kg肉桂醛极显著提高AA肉仔鸡平均日采食量和平均日增重(P <0.01),显著降低料重比(P <0.05)。400mg/kg、600mg/kg肉桂醛添加组SOD、GSH-Px水平、T-AOC含量极显著高于对照组(P <0.01),600mg/kg添加组的MDA含量显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。400、600mg/kg添加组血清IgA、IgM、IgG含量极显著高于对照组(P <0.01)。与200mg/kg添加组和对照组相比,400、600mg/kg添加组血清ALB、AST水平极显著升高(P <0.01),血清ALP水平极显著降低(P <0.01)。综上所述,在肉仔鸡饲粮中添加400mg/kg的肉桂醛是最佳添加量。
【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of adding different concentrations of cinnamaldehyde to the basal diet on the production performance and breeding efficiency of broilers. In this experiment,360 male and female half broiler chickens with similar weight at 1 day age were selected and divided into 4 groups,each group had 3 replicates,each replicate 30 male and female halves,and fed cinnamaldehyde on basal diet,basal diet + 200,400 and 600 mg/kg,respectively. The trial period was 49 days. The results showed that compared with the control group,the addition of 400mg/kg cinnamaldehyde to 1 ~ 21 days old and 22 ~ 49 days old greatly increased the average daily feed intake and average daily weight gain(P < 0.01),and significantly reduced the feed-to-weight ratio(P < 0.05). The SOD level,GSH-Px level and T-AOC content were significantly higher in the 400 mg/kg and 600 mg/kg cinnamaldehyde addition groups than those in the control group(P < 0.01),and the MDA content in the 600 mg/kg addition group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). The serum contents of IgA,IgM and IgG were extremely significantly higher in the 400 and 600 mg/kg addition groups than those in the control group(P < 0.01). Compared with the 200 mg/kg addition group and the control group,serum ALB and AST levels were significantly increased(P < 0.01)and significantly reduced(P < 0.01)in the 400 and 600 mg/kg addition groups and the control group. To sum up,adding 400 mg/kg cinnamaldehyde to broiler diet is the best dosage.
