聚乳酸导电和介电复合材料的研究进展

【摘要】 由于具有质轻、耐腐蚀、电学性能优异和价格相对低廉等优点,导电、介电或压电功能的高分子复合材料在诸多领域有着重要应用,但是传统高分子材料的不可降解性已产生严重的环境污染问题。聚乳酸(PLA)是当前工业化程度最高的生物可降解塑料,以PLA为基础研发生物可降解电学功能复合材料是当前的研究热点之一。本综述将着重对PLA基导电功能材料的制备方法进行总结,对比不同制备方法的优缺点;对PLA基介电功能复合材料的设计思路进行总结,并且对未来的发展方向进行了展望。

【Abstract】 Due to its light weight, corrosion resistance, excellent electrical properties and relatively low price, polymer composites with conductive, dielectric or piezoelectric functions had important applications in many fields, but the non-degradability of traditional polymer materials could cause serious environmental pollution problems.Polylactic acid(PLA)was the most industrialized biodegradable plastic, and the development of biodegradable electrical functional composite materials based on PLA was one of the current research hotspots.This review focuses on summarizing the preparation methods of PLA-based conductive materials, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of different preparation methods.The design ideas of PLA-based dielectric functional composites are summarized, and the future development direction is prospected.
