95℃热氧老化对玻璃钢管性能的影响

【摘要】 对油田注水玻璃纤维增强塑料管(GFRP)进行95℃热氧老化实验,研究其老化后的外观颜色、红外官能团变化和力学性能。结果表明,老化后酸酐固化GFRP外观颜色从白色变化为淡黄色,芳胺固化GFRP外观颜色从淡黄色变为深棕色;截面的扫描电子显微照片(SEM)可观察到孔洞缺陷;两种材料的失重率都随老化时间延长而增加;C—OH键被氧化成■键,苯环之间的甲基或亚甲基中的C—H键被氧化,Si—OH键消失代表游离的羧酸与Si—OH之间发生成键反应生成Si—O—Si键;SG材料的环向拉伸强度从256.10 MPa减小到241.47 MPa, FA材料的环向拉伸强度从206.8 MPa减小到174.99 MPa。

【Abstract】 The appearance color, infrared functional groups and mechanical properties of oilfield waterflood glass-fiber-reinforced plastic pipe(GFRP)after aging were studied by 95 ℃ thermal oxygen aging experiment.The results show that the appearance color of anhydride cured GFRP changes from white to light yellow and arylamine cured GFRP changes from light yellow to dark brown after aging.The scanning electron microscope(SEM)cross-section morphology observes the defect of holes.The weight loss rate of both GFRPs increases with aging time.The C—OH bond is oxidized to ■ bond, the C—H bond in methyl or methylene between benzene rings is oxidized, and the disappearance of Si—OH bond represents the formation of Si—O—Si bond between free carboxylic acid and Si—OH.The hoop tensile strength of SG decreases from 256.10 MPa to 241.47 MPa, and that of FA decreases from 206.8 MPa to 174.99 MPa.
