溶液共混中TPU/PA12相容性的研究

【摘要】 本研究采用了不同温度下溶液共混的方式研究热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)与聚酰胺12(PA12)的相容性,通过差示扫描量热(DSC)、调制模式下的差示扫描量热(MDSC)、衰减全反射傅里叶变换红外光谱分析(ATR-FTIR)等进行相结构表征。结果表明,PA12引入能够破坏TPU硬段相的聚集结构,同时又能够有效“屏蔽”TPU软硬段之间的相互作用;计算机辅助模拟的计算结果也进一步证明了这一猜想。同时发现,150℃的温度下,TPU与PA12之间具有更好的相容性,这是因为在此温度下,接近TPU的熔点,TPU的硬段很大程度地被破坏,PA12的引入让体系中的氢键发生了重排,促进了二者之间的相容。

【Abstract】 In this study, the compatibility of thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU)and polyamide12(PA12)was studied by solution blending at different temperatures.The results of phase structure characterization by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),differential scanning calorimetry in modulation mode(MDSC)and attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(ATR-FTIR)show that the introduction of PA12 could destroy the aggregation structure of the hard segment of TPU and effectively“shield”the interaction between the hard and soft segments of TPU.The results of computer aided simulation further prove this conjecture.At the same time, it is found that at 150 ℃,TPU and PA12 have better compatibility, because at this temperature, close to the melting point of TPU,the hard segment of TPU is destroyed to a large extent, and the introduction of PA12 makes the hydrogen bond in the system rearrange, promoting the compatibility of TPU/PA12.
