乙二醇-丙二醇共聚物协同乙撑双-12-羟基硬脂酰胺对聚乳酸结晶与耐热性能的影响
Effect of Ethylene Glycol-propylene Glycol Copolymer Synergistic N,N-ethylenebis (12-hydroxystearamide)on Crystallization and Heat Resistance of Polylactic Acid
【摘要】 利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、偏光显微镜(POM)、维卡软化温度测定仪考察了乙二醇-丙二醇共聚物(泊洛沙姆407)对添加乙撑双-12-羟基硬脂酰胺(EBH)成核剂的聚乳酸(PLA)结晶度、形貌以及维卡软化温度(VST)的影响。结果表明,随泊洛沙姆407含量增加,PLA的冷结晶峰向低温漂移,但此共混物的VST是降低的;而含0.8%EBH的PLA结晶度随着泊洛沙姆407含量(0~10%)先急剧降低然后逐步增大,且含量4%~8%的PLA/EBH/泊洛沙姆407三元共混物的T_m比原PLA的高出2~2.9℃,VST从原PLA的59.5℃提高到160℃以上。加入泊洛沙姆407后的三元共混物的结晶尺寸明显增大,结晶速度比纯PLA快,使得PLA的结晶更加稳定、完整。
【Abstract】 The effect of ethylene glycol-propylene glycol copolymer(Poloxamer 407)agent on the crystallity, morphology and Vica softening point temperature(VST)of polylactic acid(PLA)with N,N-ethylenebis(12-hydroxystearamide)(EBH)nucleating agent were investigated by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),polarization microscope(POM)and Vica softening point temperature tester.The results show that with the increase of Poloxamer 407 contents, the cold crystallization peak of PLA moves to low temperature, but the VST of the blend is decreased.The crystallinity of PLA containing 0.8%of EBH decreases sharply firstly and then increases gradually with Poloxamer 407 content(0~10%),and the T_m of ternary compound containing 4%~8%Poloxamer 407 is 2~2.9 ℃ higher than that of the original PLA,and the VST increases from 59.5 ℃ to more than 160 ℃.After Poloxamer 407 is added, the crystallization size of ternary blends increases significantly, and the crystallization speed is faster than that of pure PLA,which makes the crystallization of PLA more stable and completed.
