基于响应面法的表面活性剂水溶液纯化PPS树脂

【摘要】 研究了聚苯硫醚(PPS)含盐树脂水洗过程中表面活性剂的加入对树脂纯化效果影响。通过测定表面活性剂的发泡性能、水洗后滤液中氯离子含量、树脂灰分和钠离子含量,从7种表面活性剂中优选出了烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(TX-10)。通过单因素试验探究了表面活性剂质量分数与洗涤效果的关系,得到最佳范围为0.15%~0.35%。利用了Box-Behnken响应面法构建表面活性剂质量分数、液固比、水洗时间分别与树脂灰分、钠离子含量之间的数学模型,模拟得最佳条件:表面活性剂质量分数为0.18%,液固比为4.3,洗涤时间为50 min。在该条件下,实验测得灰分为0.263 7%,钠离子含量为158.4 mg/kg,相对误差小,模型拟合度好。热分析数据表明经最佳水洗条件洗涤后,树脂稳定性能更优异。

【Abstract】 The effect of surfactant on the purification of polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)was studied.Alkylphenol polyoxyethylene(TX-10)was selected from seven surfactants by measuring the foaming properties of surfactants, the content of chloride ion in the filtrate, resin ash and sodium ion after washing.The relationship between the mass fraction of surfactant and the washing effect was investigated by single factor test.The optimal range is from 0.15%to 0.35%.Box-Behnken response surface method is used to construct the mathematical model of the relationship between the mass fraction of surfactant, liquid-solid ratio, washing time, resin ash content and sodium ion content, respectively.The optimal simulation conditions are that the mass fraction of surfactant is 0.18%,the liquid-solid ratio is 4.3,and the washing time is 50 min.Under this condition, the ash content is 0.263 7%,the sodium ion content is 158.4 mg/kg, the relative error is little and the model is fit for this situation.The thermal analysis data shows that PPS has better stability after being washed in the optimum water condition.
