TPE基皮-芯结构导电纤维的制备及应用
Preparation and Application of TPE Based Sheath Core Structure Conductive Fiber
【摘要】 首先介绍了弹性导体的国内外研究现状,归纳聚(3,4-亚乙二氧基噻吩)∶聚(苯乙烯磺酸)(PEDOT∶PSS)导电纤维的发展概况,研究影响PEDOT∶PSS导电性的因素以及制备工艺,探索最合适的纺丝工艺参数。通过观察纤维的微观形貌和测试力学性能发现,当热塑性弹性体(TPE)纺丝液质量分数为55%,纺丝速率为15 mm/h时,纤维的力学性能最好,最大应力为18.6 MPa,最大应变为1 515%。在此基础上对氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)纺丝液和PEDOT∶PSS纺丝液进行同轴湿法纺丝,通过分析不同形貌的TPE基皮-芯结构纤维,探究不同表面和横截面形貌的纤维的导电性能以及力学拉伸性能,发现当皮层TPE纺丝液的质量分数为55%、纺丝速率为15 mm/h,芯层质量浓度为22 g/L的PEDOT∶PSS纺丝速率为15 mm/h时,纤维的力学性能和导电性能最好,电阻最佳能达到0.2 MΩ/cm。
【Abstract】 Firstly, the research status of elastic conductor in China and abroad was introduced, and the development of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-poly(styrene sulfonic acid)(PEDOT∶PSS)conductive fiber was summarized.The factors affecting the conductivity of PEDOT∶PSS and the preparation process were investigated, and the optimum spinning process parameters were explored.By observing the microstructure and characterizing mechanical properties of the fibers, it is found when the concentration of TPE spinning solution is 55%and the spinning rate is 15 mm/h, the mechanical properties of the fibers are the best, and the maximum stress is 18.6 MPa and the maximum strain is 1 515%.On this basis, styrene ethylene butylene styrene(SEBS)spinning solution and PEDOT∶PSS spinning solution are used for coaxial wet spinning.Through analyzing different morphologies of TPE based sheath-core structured fibers, the conductive properties and mechanical tensile properties of fibers with different surfaces and cross-section morphologies are explored.It is found when the concentration of cortical TPE spinning solution is 55%,the extrusion rate is 15 mm/h, and the extrusion rate of PEDOT∶PSS with 22 g/L core mass concentration is 15 mm/h, the fiber has the best mechanical and electrical properties, and the best resistance could reach 0.2 MΩ/cm.
