森林与城镇交界域火灾风险分析及对策——以万华烟台工业园为例

【摘要】 森林—城镇交界域火灾是一个复杂而严重的灾害现象。通过对万华烟台工业园区森林交界域火灾风险进行了系统分析。结果表明:交界域内火源较多,一旦与细小森林可燃物接触就会形成第一引燃,但对园区威胁并不大;从一次引燃发展到二次引燃一般可通过火焰直接接触、热辐射以及飞火等三种方式,其中通过火焰直接接触或热辐射引燃园区可能性较小。园区北灵山有条件发生大规模树冠火,会出现飞火等极端火行为,对园区构成巨大威胁。而园区曲家山虽然也能形成局部树冠火,但不会对园区构成威胁。针对分析结果,提出了加强火源管理、有效调控森林可燃物、加大森林防火基础设施建设、建立专业化森林消防队伍等应对策略。

【Abstract】 Fire in Wildland-Urban interface is a complex and serious disaster phenomenon. In this paper, the fire risk in Wildland-urban interface of Wanhua Yantai Industrial Park is systematically studied.The results showed that there are many fire sources in the border area, and once they interact with small forest combustibles, they will form the first ignition, but the threat to the park is not great; There are three main ways from primary ignition to secondary ignition: direct flame, thermal radiation and spot fire. It is less likely that the park will be ignited by direct flame or thermal radiation. Beiling Mountain in the park has conditions for large-scale crown fires and extreme fire behavior such as spot fires, which pose a great threat to the park. Although Qujiashan Mountain in the park can also form local crown fire, it will not pose a threat to the park. According to the results, some countermeasures were put forward, such as strengthening fire source management, effectively regulating forest fuels, increasing forest fire prevention infrastructure construction and establishing specialized forest fire brigade.
