考虑碳交易与绿证交易的电-热耦合园区低碳规划

【摘要】 电-热耦合系统是综合能源系统的典型形式,对其进行合理规划是推动“双碳”目标下园区低碳转型的现实需求。结合碳交易及绿证交易机制,将园区参与碳排放权交易及绿色证书交易的成本引入优化目标,提出了计及分布式光伏接入的电-热耦合园区综合能源系统低碳规划模型。该模型综合考虑了电、热异质能流的耦合特性及分布式光伏、储能设备的运行特性。在P6H10系统上设立3个场景对所提模型进行仿真验证,结果表明在规划模型中考虑碳排放权交易机制和绿色证书交易机制可有效促进园区内分布式光伏和热电联产机组等低碳设备的规划,从而促进园区的低碳转型。在此基础上,对碳交易价格和绿证交易价格进行了灵敏度分析,表明制定合理的碳交易价格和绿证交易价格可有效降低园区总的成本。

【Abstract】 As a typical form of integrated energy systems,electro-thermal coupling systems have to be comprehensively and rationally planned, in order to meet the low-carbon transformation demands under the "dual carbon" target. Thus, a lowcarbon planning model of a park-level integrated electric and heating system(PIEHS) with photovoltaic system is formulated which takes the carbon emission trading and green certificate trading costs as the optimization objectives. The model comprehensively considers the coupling characteristics of electric and thermal heterogeneous energy flows and the operating characteristics of distributed photovoltaic and energy storage devices. A P6H10 system is utilized to simulate and verify the proposed model in 3 scenarios. The results demonstrate that the carbon trading and green certificate trading mechanisms can effectively promote the planning of low-carbon devices such as distributed photovoltaic, energy storage, and CHP units, which facilitates the low-carbon transformation of the PIEHS. Finally, a sensitivity analysis is carried out on the carbon trading price and green certificate trading price, and the results show that the reasonable prices will reduce the total cost of the PIEHS.
