【摘要】 城市空间的更新改造在城市存量空间优化过程中起到关键性作用。文章首先介绍“城市双修”的规划理念，继而提出“共融与共情”是以城市修补和生态修复为出发点、“动态平衡”为指引的城市更新策略，并以绍兴艺术学校改扩建工程、湖州南浔古镇制革厂宿舍改造提升工程等实际项目为例，阐述通过肌理文脉、功能流线、场所环境、形式风貌等4个方面的“共融”，力图与使用者的行为、体验、情感、意识产生“共情”，进而打造山水人城和谐相融的诗意空间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urban space renewal and transformation play a crucial role in the optimisation process of existing urban spaces. The paper firstly introduces the planning concept of "Dual Urban Repairs" and then proposes an urban renewal strategy based on "integration and empathy" which takes urban renovation and ecological repair as the starting point and "dynamic balance" as guidance. Taking the expansion project of Shaoxing Art School and the transformation project of the tannery dormitories in Nanxun ancient town, Huzhou as examples, the paper explains "integration" from four aspects: texture context, functional flow, place environment, and form style. It strives to create "empathy" with the user’s behaviours, experience, emotions, and consciousness, so as to create a poetic space.更多还原
