工业化背景下生土砌块建筑的现代演进

【摘要】 传统生土建筑具有低能耗、低污染的生态优势,但因其脱离了工业化的时代背景而呈现出逐渐衰败的趋势。利用现代机械生产的压制生土砌块拥有超越传统土坯建筑的优势,制作简单快捷,质量可靠,现场施工周期短,不需大量密集型劳动,在我国村镇地区具有大规模发展的潜力。本文综述了国内外土坯建筑现代化的演进过程,指出压制改性生土砌块(CSEB)是生土建筑发展的必然方向,并借鉴国内外先进经验,对压制生土砌块建筑的构造体系进行了梳理,以期为未来的实践应用提供参考。

【Abstract】 Traditional earth buildings possess ecological advantages of low energy-consumption and low pollution, but still are gradually deteriorating due to its detachment from the process of industrialisation.Compressed stabilised earth block(CSEB) produced by modern machines transcends traditional adobe because it could be made quickly with reliable quality, and built up in a short period of time at the construction site with no need for large amounts of labour, and thus has the potential to large-scale development in rural areas of China. This paper summarises the evolutionary process of domestic and overseas adobe buildings, proposes that CSEB is the inevitable trend of earth buildings. The construction details of CSEB buildings are learned from advanced experience and sorted out so as to provide some reference for future applications.
