【摘要】 为推动高校资助育人工作高质量发展，基于立德树人根本任务，从高校思想政治工作、学生成长发展以及教育公平角度分析高校资助育人工作的价值定位，并指出当前高校资助育人工作的问题与不足，在此基础上探索高校资助育人工作的优化路径。在立德树人视角下，高校资助育人既要精准识别资助对象、完善资助育人机制建设，又要探索有偿资助模式、促进学生自立自强，也要加强诚信教育、厚植感恩报国情怀，还要建设资助型学生社团、提供受助学生发展平台。将资助工作和育人工作紧密结合，将“扶困”“扶智”与“扶志”有机融合，建立国家资助、学校奖助、社会捐助和学生自助“四位一体”的发展型资助体系，是高校落实以人为本、资助育人工作提质增效的应有之义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to promote the high-quality development of universities’ cultivating talents with subsidization, the value orientation of universities’ cultivating talents with subsidization is analyzed from the perspectives of ideological and political work, students’ growth and development, and educational equity based on fostering virtue through education. It also points out the problems and deficiencies in current universities’ cultivating talents with subsidization, based on which the optimization path of universities’ cultivating talents with subsidization is explored. From the perspective of fostering virtue through education, universities should accurately identify the subsidizing objects, improve the mechanism construction of cultivating talents with subsidization, explore the compensatory subsidizing model to promote students’ self-improvement, strengthen integrity education, cultivate students’ gratitude and patriotism, and build subsidizing-type student associations and provide development platforms for students. Therefore, it is necessary for universities to implement human orientation and improve the quality and effectiveness of cultivating talents with subsidization by ways of closely integrating subsidization and talent cultivation, organically combining poverty alleviation, intelligence promotion and aspiration cultivation, and establishing a development-oriented subsidizing system that integrates national subsidization, school awards and assistance, social donations, and student self-help.更多还原
