搭载无人机的头戴式夜视仪研究与设计
RESEARCH AND DESIGN OF A HEADWORN NIGHT VISION SYSTEM EQUIPPED WITH AN UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLE
【摘要】 设计一款头戴式搭载无人机的夜视仪,解决现有技术限制造成视场角不足的痛点,创新产品外观结构,切入短视频直播交互方式,给用户带来更佳的操作体验。以五感设计,形成包括原理、材料、人机、配色的设计提案。搭载无人机,为夜视仪视场角带来广阔的视域。革新传统佩戴方式,为产品减重,提升美观度与一体性。运用有限元方法,对设计模型进行应力、载荷等参数分析诊断,修正设计缺陷,优化设计参数。设计出一款造型独特的可开合头戴式搭载无人机夜视仪,有限元分析结果显示结构设计合理,能够满足预期功能。
【Abstract】 To design a headworn night vision device equipped with drones,solve the pain point of insufficient field of view caused by existing technological limitations,innovate the product’s appearance structure,cut into short video live streaming interaction,and provide users with a better operating experience. Design with five senses to form a design proposal that includes principles,materials,human-machine,and color matching. Equipped with drones,it provides a wide field of view for the night vision system. Innovate traditional wearing methods,reduce product weight,enhance aesthetics and integration. Use finite element method to analyze and diagnose parameters such as stress and load on the design model,correct design defects,and optimize design parameters. A unique design of a detachable and retractable head mounted unmanned aerial vehicle night vision system has been developed. The finite element analysis results show that the structural design is reasonable and can meet the expected functions.
