基于聚类的航空导管三维重建方法
3D reconstruction method for aviation tube based on clustering
【摘要】 对一般类型的航空导管的三维模型重建进行研究,针对其尺寸不一、结构复杂等特点,利用K-Means聚类算法对导管点云进行三维分割,提出一种基于细分圆柱思想的导管轴线提取算法,利用CATIA三维建模软件对导管进行三维模型重建。为验证方法的有效性,在不同类型的航空导管实测数据上进行实验验证,并与理论数模进行对比,实验结果表明,该方法具有较高的模型重建精度,可以有效提高航空导管模型重建的效率。
【Abstract】 The 3D model reconstruction of general aviation tubes was studied. Aiming at the characteristics of different sizes and complex structures, the K-Means clustering algorithm was used to perform 3D segmentation of the tube point cloud, and an idea based on subdivided cylinders was proposed. The center axis extraction algorithm was proposed, and CATIA 3D modeling software was used to reconstruct the 3D model of the tube. To verify the effectiveness of the method, experiments were carried out on the measured data of different types of aviation tubes, and compared with theoretical digital models. Experimental results show that the proposed method has high model reconstruction accuracy and can improve the efficiency of aviation tube model reconstruction.
