邻苯二甲酸氢钾低电导率标准溶液均匀性和稳定性

【摘要】 介绍了邻苯二甲酸氢钾低电导率标准溶液的研制、均匀性检验和稳定性考察。采用方差分析法(F检验法)评价低电导率溶液的瓶间均匀性,且F值为1.81,小于临界值F0.05(10,22)=2.30,表明各瓶溶液之间的电导率无显著性差异。同时,经稳定性考察试验,在监测周期内溶液电导率值无显著性变化,稳定性曲线无明显上升或下降趋势,稳定性良好,贮存期在23周以上。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the development, uniformity test and stability investigation of low conductivity standard solution of potassium hydrogen phthalate. In this paper, the analysis of variance(F-test) was used to evaluate the uniformity between bottles of the solution with low conductivity. According to the statistics, the F value was 1.81, which was less than the critical value F0.05(10,22) =2.30, indicating that there was no significant difference in the conductivity of the solution between bottles.At the same time, the stability test showed that there was no significant change in the conductivity value of the solution during the monitoring period, and the stability curve had no obvious upward or downward trend.The stability was good, and the storage period was more than 23 weeks.
