【摘要】 目的 研究活络降脂汤、电针、生活方式干预联合治疗运用于肥胖伴高脂血症患者中对降低体质量减轻指标的效果。方法随机选取2020年9月—2023年9月广安门医院济南医院收治的80例肥胖伴高脂血症患者为研究对象，按随机数表法分为对照组和治疗组，各40例。分别开展阿托伐他汀治疗+生活方式干预（对照组）、活络降脂汤+电针+生活方式干预（治疗组），比较两组治疗效果。结果 与对照组相比，治疗组治疗有效率（92.50%）高于对照组（72.50%），差异有统计学意义（χ~2=5.541,P=0.018）。治疗组体质百分比、肥胖度、体质指数低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P均<0.05）。治疗组血脂水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P均<0.05）。结论 活络降脂汤、电针、生活方式干预联合治疗效果好，可以更好地减轻患者体质量指标，对于肥胖伴高脂血症患者较为适用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of the combined treatment of Huoluo Jiangzhi decoction, electroacupuncture, and lifestyle intervention on the reduction of body mass reduction indexes in patients with obesity and hyperlipidemia. Methods 80 cases of obesity with hyperlipidemia patients were admitted to Jinan Hospital of Guanganmen Hospital from September 2020 to September 2023 were randomly selected as research subjects, they divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each. Atorvastatin treatment + lifestyle intervention(control group), Huoluo Jiangzhi decoction + electroacupuncture + lifestyle intervention(treatment group),and the effect of intervention between the two group were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the treatment group effective rate of treatment(92.50%) was higher than that of control group(72.50%), and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.541, P=0.018). Percentage of body mass, obesity, and body mass index in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). Blood lipid levels in the treatment group were smaller in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of the combined treatment of Huoluo Jiangzhi decoction, electroacupuncture and lifestyle intervention is good, which can better reduce the patients’ body mass indexes, and is more suitable for the patients with obesity with hyperlipidemia.更多还原
